Captured Sight Photo Library is an extensive collection of images owned by the London based company Christopher Holt LTD. Christopher Holt himself photographed the images on this site, having undertaken commissions for Thomas Cook guide books plus self-commissioned projects - such as the Japan images, most of the shots from France and more.

Austria & Vienna : About 3 pages of thumbnail images covering a summer in Vienna itself. Pictures include shots of trams, statues, shops & shopping arcades, tourists and locals, signs showing directions, cyclists, parks and most importantly architecture.

Budapest & Hungary : One page of thumbnails, covering the parliament building, liberation monument in the citadella, an aerial view of the city from the hills, the statue of imre nagy, szechenyi chain bridge, the danube river and the fisherman's bastion cafe.
Celebrity Gallery : 2 pages of pictures showing celebrity life around London, including film premieres, concerts, and summer parties. People include Spike Lee, Run DMC, Ronnie Barker, Mary McCormack and others.

Cyprus & Agia Napa : 2 pages of gorgeous images showing the beaches and coastal areas of Cyprus, plus Troodos, nightclubs in Agia Napa, and the real people of interest - the clubbers!
England Gallery : Many pages of pictures covering Cambridge, Cornwall, Devon, Dorset, Hampshire, Kent & Canterbury, Portsmouth, Shakespeare's Stratford Upon Avon, Surrey, Sussex & Brighton, Wiltshire & Salisbury, Windsor Castle & Eton.
France Gallery : I love this country, so that's why I try to visit as often as possible: galleries include Chamonix & The Alps, Brittany, Loire Chateaux, Massif Central, Le Nord & Boulogne, Normandy & Rouen, Paris, and Picardie.
Germany Gallery and Berlin Gallery: The Germany pages cover the area around Rothenburg ob der Tauber, Bavaria. The Berlin pages cover what I would personally call a huge shoot of 1200 pictures in April 2006. I was so exhausted after this that I could have spent a month in rehabilitation!
Japan Gallery : I spent 3 weeks touring this country, but I think you probably need 3 years to really see it. The picture galleries include Akita province, Black & White images, Kyoto & Nara, Matsue, Matsumoto, Nikko, Reportage images, Symbols, and Japanese Transport.
London Gallery : Probably my biggest project, seeing as I lived here all my life: Battersea 1 and 2, Buckingham Palace, Camden & Hampstead, Fulham & Chelsea, Christmas images, City of London 1 and 2, Docklands, London Eye, Mayfair, Piccadilly Circus 1 and 2, Richmond & Royals Parks 1 and 2, Soho at night, south London, Southwark, Day on the Thames 1 and 2, night on the Thames, Trafalgar Square, London Transport, Victoria & Pimlico, West London, The West End shopping area, Westminster & Whitehall area - where most of the touristy things to do & see are
London Transport Gallery : 5 pages of red London buses, black taxis, traffic wardens, traffic jams, tourist buses, trains, lorries (trucks to those using American English!) - boats on the river thames are to be added at a later date.
Poland Gallery : Two galleries covering Krakow (Crakow) and Warsaw. There's a 1200 pictures in the Krakow gallery, so suffice to say it is extensive and worth having a look through! Warsaw is a bit more concise at just one page of thumbnails.
Portugal Gallery : 2 pages of stunning sunset and beach images covering the more unusual destination of Amado, Monte Clerigo and Cabo de Vicente. Lagos is included also. If you are looking for Lisbon pictures, I have just finished an extensive shoot on this city and will add them soon.
Prague Gallery : One page of images for a beautiful city that has deserved all the recognition it has attracted in film & cinema.
Bratislava & Slovakia : Such an unrecognised city and country, that really deserves a visit if you are close by one day. If you are quick, you'll spot the city in quite a films pretending to be in Russia, for example.
Spain Gallery : 7 galleries covering Aragon, Castilla la Mancha, Costa Blanca, Costa de la Luz, Extremadura, Seville and Valencia.
Transport Gallery : 200 images covering UK motorways, cars, boats & ships, ferries, helicopters, hovercraft, tractors, boats on the thames, trams in Rouen, French tranport such as Calais ferry terminal, road signs, trucks,
Wales Gallery : 2 pages of images of the Pembroke area, including some of my favourite seascapes.
